User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with the Meta Platform Terms (Section 4), GDPR, and global data privacy regulations, AXION AI provides clear mechanisms for users and businesses to request permanent deletion of their account and all associated Meta Platform Data.

Option 1: Remove AXION from your Facebook / Meta Account

If you connected your WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, or Instagram Professional Account to AXION, you can revoke access and trigger data disconnection directly from your Meta settings:

Log in to your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Click on Apps and Websites in the left-hand navigation menu.
Locate AXION (or AXION AI) in the list of active apps.
Click Remove to revoke all active permissions and access tokens.
Check the box to request that Meta notify AXION to delete all past interaction data associated with your Facebook user ID.

Once revoked, AXION automatically invalidates all stored access tokens via our automated Deletion Callback endpoint.

Option 2: Submit a Direct Erasure Request

You can request manual or automated deletion of your workspace data, conversation logs, and Meta tokens by contacting our Privacy and Compliance team:

Email: Send a request to hello@axionai.work or support@axionai.work with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Required Details: Include your registered AXION account email, connected WhatsApp Business phone number, or Instagram username.
Confirmation & SLA: Our security team will process your request and purge your data within 48 hours, returning an official confirmation code for your records.

What Data Is Purged Upon Request

Meta OAuth & Access Tokens

All Page Access Tokens, WhatsApp system tokens, and encrypted vault secrets are permanently destroyed.

Customer Conversation History

All message threads, customer telephone numbers, and Instagram DM logs are hard-deleted from our PostgreSQL databases.

Vector Embeddings & Knowledge Chunks

Any business documents or uploaded PDFs associated with your agent are expunged from the vector index.

Zero Training Retention

AXION never retains or utilizes customer Meta Platform Data for machine learning training, guaranteeing total deletion.
