1Multi-Tenant Isolation & Row-Level Security (RLS)

Every tenant workspace on AXION is strictly isolated at the database level using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS). Every query executed across public API routes, studio builders, and background pipelines is scoped explicitly by owner_id and workspace_id.

Cross-tenant data leakage is cryptographically and architecturally prevented: no agent, prompt template, lead record, or chat conversation can be accessed outside its authorized tenant perimeter.

3AI Privacy & Zero-Training Guarantee

We partner exclusively with enterprise AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, and Google Gemini) under explicit zero-data-retention commercial terms.

4Device Intelligence & Autonomous Threat Defense

AXION incorporates proactive security monitoring to protect user accounts from unauthorized access, credential stuffing, and session hijacking:

• Device Anomaly Detection: Logins from unrecognized browsers, IPs, or geographic regions trigger real-time email security alerts and instant one-click session lockout capabilities.
• Prompt Injection Shields: Input sanitization filters and context boundary guards prevent malicious adversarial prompt manipulation.
• Strict Rate Limiting: Endpoints are protected against DDoS and brute-force attacks via edge-based rate limiting and token bucket throttling.
